SERVICES
We provide a wide range of services from warehousing to transport to inventory management. We keep adding feathers to our hat by introducing new services to serve our clients' requirements. Forecasting the demand accurately led us to open cool chain (referred) warehouse and container rentals. Our sister-concern CHA, Fairdeal International, serves as a strong support throughout all our operations and services.
WAREHOUSE
We have well-equipped warehouses spread over an area of 27,000 sq. ft. managed in a modern advanced system. There is a separate storage area for import and export cargo. We have also planned separate warehousing for differentiable cargoes, scrap cargo, and hazardous cargo. There is planned storage for agricultural products. It also has the provision to handle refrigerated containers.
We will provide consolidation facilities, desegregation of LCL (Less than container cargo) and facilities to handle Over Dimensional Consignments(ODC) We have arrangements for cross stuffing and reworking of containers.
Our warehouses are spacious enough to provide product labeling, kitting, assembling, poly bagging, co-packing, shirk wrapping, palletization, and depalletization with experienced supervisors and trained labor for handling of cargo.
TRANSPORT
Our company owns 100 plus vehicles which makes it easier for Exporters and Importers to plan their export import containers, factory stuffing de-stuffing in timely manner. All vehicles are installed with GPS system. Experienced operations team keeps on regular monitoring of vehicles through GPS Tracking system which helps in giving correct movement information to customers about their shipments.
For Movements between ICD Dhannad and Gateway port for Import Export, containers (both Rail and Road) are available to customers. We have two dedicated racks available for movement of EXIM containers to and fro Gateway port JNPT. We also offer express transport services for movement of containers to our customers as per requirement.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Shipping lines' inventory is important to us. We are managing by providing separate parking areas for containers as: Import Export Loaded 20’ & 40’. Line wise Empty containers 20’ & 40’.
Daily reporting of containers to respective lines through Email. Daily reporting of Import containers to respective Importer through Email.Daily reporting of Empty containers status to trade for export utilization though Email. Physical inventory checks on fortnightly basis conducted.
RENTALS
We offer warehouses on rents in DTA. We have readily available warehouse facilities.We customize warehouses as per requirement of the customer on the basis of long term agreements. We can also offer handling services. We are offering warehouses on rent inside SEZ, Pithampur for SEZ customers as we are nominated O&M by Developer. We have around 8 warehouses inside SEZ of around 80000 sq. feet total areas. We also provide containers and equipments on lease.
REPAIR &
MAINTAINENCE
Repair and maintenance vendors are available at ICD Dhannad. In house repair and maintenance special equipments available. Sufficient space allotted to these vendors for carrying these activities. Shipping Lines can use these vendors.
COOL CHAIN
WAREHOUSE
A dedicated area of 7000 sq.feet. Controlled temperature level: 22-26 degree. For supervision of standard temperature level we have computerized data analog units placed inside which monitors the fluctuations in temperature if any. We also have adjustable ramp with specialized trained labor and installed data loggers for monitoring temperature. The container is developed as per industry safety and is equipped with Modern handling equipments like, Electric forklift, and compressor. Power Back up facility during power cuts and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance.
